Introduction |

In spite of the independence
of Asia & Africa and the co-operation between the two continents
during the era of the colonization combat which paved the
way to the existence of a wide front in the political field
between the two continents during this period of time, yet
the termination of the colonization era caused a profound
gap between the two continents and the two afro Asian systems
had been interrelated with the past era at the back mind
of the people.

The actual situation
proves completely the contrary because there is a close
relation between the people of the two continents, their
interest is mutual and their issues are similar though their
definitions are different and, if the Asian tigers appeared
in Asia in return of the deterioration of the growth rates
in Africa, loading it with various burdens such as debts
and backwardness…etc.,yet the solidarity between the people
of the two continents became an urgent and essential prerequisite.

In this concern, we
looked for a front that assembles the Afro Asian issues
and we realized that the lawyers are the most suitable persons
who are aware of the atmosphere which affects the opinion
of the legislator, secrete the conscience of the judge who
lead their people to verify and realize the truth.

Therefore, there was
a dire need for the lawyers in the two continents to agree
upon an obvious target, which supports these issues of the
people and resolve the disputes between them and the complication
of the international systems development.
|
|
It is clear that the
traditional colonization, which was, rejected by our people
to obtain their independence, was reluctant to permit these
people to determine their future and they were always seeking
their interests. So, we hope that the Afro Asian lawyers
Federation for Human Rights will be a pioneer of the forces
in the new era.

Establishment
of the Federation |

The Federation is
a unprofitable organization,
it was established and
registered under No.417/1999.
It consists of representative
from the syndicates of lawyers and other individuals from
Afro-Asian countries.
The Board of the Federation consists
of 15 members.
